Disc Description

Synth loops - Rhythm & Grooves Volume 2 contains rhythmic synth loops. There are some are individual instrument loops and also some multi instrument arrangements. These acid loops contain mostly instrument sounds that only synthesizers can produce like pads or hybrid instruments, but there are also some traditional drums, bass, and guitar included within some of the multi instrument mixes. The tempos range from 90-132 bpm. The styles range from film to fusion, to funk, to alt rock, to smooth jazz, and a bit of country, but always a bit out of the ordinary.

All of these synth loops are completely 'acidized' acid loops. The tempos and keys are noted in the files and folders, so you can easily and quickly find the appropriate tempo, key and style to use in your song. Each folder generally explores one theme with lots of useful variations.

There are 560 acid loops in 18 folders. There are 626 MB on the 24 bit version, and 421 MB on the 16 bit version.

I've tried to describe the disc honestly and accurately, without the usual hype, to give you the basic idea of what's on the disc, but I encourage you to listen to some of the loop samples and demo songs to see if you like the feel of the musicianship.

This song is made entirely from the keyboard loops from Rhythm n Grooves Volume 2, with the exception of the vocals which come from the Hilarious Vol 2 disc.

Workin' Up a Sweat - excerpt

This is the middle of a longer song. The female vocal loops come from Ijah's Bag. The electric bass loops come from this disc, the drums come from Drum Language Vol 2 and Vol 3. The synth sounds come from Rhythm & Grooves Vol 1 and Vol 2. The guitar coming in at the end is from Jeff Ballew Vol 2 Classic Hard Rock. There's a lot of cool guitar work in the rest of the song. Hilarious - excerpt

This is an excerpt from a song with a lot of laughter. The laughter has been removed so that the synth parts (including what sounds like a guitar) can be heard more clearly. The synth rhythms are from this disc and Rhythm & Grooves Vol 1. The bass comes from Dean Cortez Vol 3 Slap Bass. The drums are from Drum Language Vol 1.
